Treatment Process Overview
1. Collection & Equalization: Homogenizing the effluent flow and pH.
2. Physicochemical Treatment: Coagulation and flocculation to remove suspended solids and heavy metals.
3. Biological Treatment (Aeration): Use of MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) or ASP (Activated Sludge Process) to reduce organic load (BOD/COD).
4. Secondary Clarification: Settling of biological sludge.
5. Tertiary Treatment: Pressure Sand Filters (PSF) and Activated Carbon Filters (ACF) for polishing.
6. Disinfection: UV or Chlorination to eliminate pathogens before discharge or reuse.
